I need to change something on my order. Can I do that?

Once your order has been placed, I’m unable to make changes — I work carefully to process and prepare everything as quickly as possible. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out: contact@sophiemutlu.com.


When will my order ship?

I do my best to process and pack your order within 24 hours of receiving it.
If your piece includes custom details (like stamping, a special inscription, or a custom pendant), it may take a little longer as I create it with extra care.
Please note that I don’t ship orders on Fridays, weekends, or holidays — thank you for understanding!


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

At this time, I ship within Canada only. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes about 2-4 business days, depending on your location.
(Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier — occasionally, a package may take a little longer to arrive.)


Do I need to be present at delivery?

Yes — all packages require a signature upon delivery to ensure your handmade piece arrives safely.


Do you ship internationally?

For now, I only ship within Canada. I hope to offer international shipping in the future — thank you for your patience and support!


How do I arrange returns or exchanges?
