Hi, I’m Sophie.

I’m an illustrator, artist, mama and collector of little moments, living and creating in the Yukon, Canada.

My work is inspired by the things I love and the life happening around me- wild places, flowers, animals, motherhood, quiet mornings, big feelings, cups of coffee and all those ordinary little moments that somehow end up meaning the most.

Most of my illustrations begin at my kitchen table, usually with too many ideas in my head and a dog somewhere nearby. I love creating work that feels warm, a little wild and a little imperfect- something that might make you smile, feel understood, or remind you of a place, person or moment you love.

I create illustrated books, art prints, cards, stickers and whatever else my imagination decides should exist next.

At the heart of it all, I think I’m just trying to hold onto the little things.

Because they usually turn out to be the big things.
